Trouble logging in?

As per Brockport IT Services-If you are receiving a LDAP error, you must make numerous attempts to log in. We are working on the problem and apologize for any inconvenience. 
Customer Authentication

NEW January 2019:  IT Services is experiencing login problems.  After the third or fourth attempt, you will be able to login successfully.

Log on using your NetID (1st part of email) and password. (Do not include @brockport.edu) Students - in most instances your NetID and Blackboard password are successful.

Students, add the permit fee to your student bill.  Follow the instructions carefully to avoid delays. If using credit card, the system requires IE 11.0 or newer, Firefox 34 or newer, Chrome 41 or newer, Opera 28 or newer, or Safari 7.0 or newer.
